CAC 3rd Quarter Regular Operation Meeting Summary
CAC 3rd quarter regular operation meeting was held via video at 27th Nov. About 150 members attended this meeting at their own subsidiary. Vice President Qi organized plants leaders, financial director， sales. QSHE, project and operation team exchanging information on site. In addition, President Xie summarized 3rd quarter work and set out year-end plan. Chairman Famer Tin attended meeting as well, expressed CAC middle- long term developing strategy of key products and markets, and oriented future strategic goal to all.
Financial director Helen Hua as well as other leaders from different departments and plants reported deep analysis and solutions. After that, President Xie made remarks according to member’s reports. He adds that domestic pandemic were under control in 3rd quarter, however CAC still faced huge challenges due to complicated oversea pandemic, in addition terrible weather and tight transport capacity. Therefore, CAC need “seize new opportunity during crisis and change”, and keep good operation with the efforts from manufacturing, sales and other managing teams.
President Xie stressed that the last quarter of 2020 is vital to make sure all works successful. Below action should be concerned
1. Maintain the pandemic control
2. Prepare raw material fully
3. Roll out year-end summary and gala in advance
4. To push 2021 annual plan with scientific mechanism
5. Complete Shanghai & Changsha research team relocation work
6. Enhance QHSE management
7. To Keep project underway in a line with planed progress and required quality.
8. To set up three to five developing strategy for CAC
Finally Chairman Farmer Tin delivered important speech of making deep analysis including evaluation standard and model of competitors, product portfolio and development, future goal and so on. Then he called on everyone to move from exploration to enforcement, and identify next three year goal of insisting on high-end manufacturing and taking action to carry out 2021 plan.
2021 is the first year of CAC another 5 year plan. The new strategy is forced by both agrochemical and fine chemical push will push forward CAC business into new practice and leap into a new stage. All CAC members were encouraged by his speech and throw themselves into daily works.
